The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers.

Damaged Product
In the event that the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@purelypersonal.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover any related cost to your reshipment.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request item reimbursement.
